Before We Start Our Journey It's Important for You to Understand Our Unique Approach
To us, each individual client has a unique story and their case is like its own unique puzzle. We simply have to figure out how all the pieces of the puzzle fit together.
We start every one of our clients with an open and honest discussion about their health and the health throughout their childhood. Our baseline approach includes the use of the Banerji Protocols that have been derived over the span of over 150 years of clinical data and proof for the treatment of specific pathologies. This approach alone is very successful, but we incorporate our own unique approach as well.
We believe a lot of chronic illness stems from the trauma response and emotions being stored in the body in different organ systems. This is how disease then manifests. It is important to treat the pathology itself, but also the underlying emotions that need processing. Both of us are Pisces and love energy healing and have taken an approach to health that involves utilizing intuition. Thankfully, as empaths we are easily able to feel these emotions whether the client is able to even express them or not. We believe this is an important piece of the puzzle that needs to be addressed and treated and have been quite successful utilizing this approach as homeopathy is a very powerful, yet gentle way to release trapped emotions within the body.
Our Process
The healing journey can start as quickly as we are able to work through these 3 steps!
Book your appointment
Please book at least a week ahead for your first consultation as forms need to be filled out and returned to us at least a couple of days prior to your appointment. Once your appointment is booked we will email the forms to you.
Consultation Call
Our initial consultation call is typically done over zoom but we also offer through phone and in person if you are in our area. The initial consultation is 90 minutes for a chronic condition and 30 minutes for an acute. Please read the definitions of both prior to booking.
Customized Care Plan
Once we are through the consultation, we will devise a customized care plan and get you in contact with the remedies needed to start your journey to health.After the initial consultation we will suggest either a 6 month minor chronic care plan or a 12 month major chronic care plan depending on your specific circumstances.
Service Packages
We deliver all kinds of services that support you and your family.
Wellness Follow Up $125
This follow up session is for clients who have had their initial consultation. These appointments are typically done 3-8 weeks after the initial consultation depending on individual circumstances. This does not include email/text support during the week. For that extra support, please see our packages.
Acute Consultation $75
This is for an acute consult which is anything that is self-limiting and is expected to resolve within a short time frame of less than 30 days. Examples may include cold, flu, injury, etc. The acute consult includes up to 5 days of texting with changes made as necessary through the acute ailment.
6 Month Follow Up Care Plan $400
This is for existing clients only. Initial wellness consultation not included in this package.
This package includes 3 follow up appointments, and 1 acute consult (can be used by anyone in the family) and Monday through Friday text/email support with responses between 9am and 5pm our time.
This will be suggested for those clients with more minor chronic issues that don't need as close follow up care or are not looking for emotional/mental/spiritual shifting but solely focusing on the physical body.
This package will expire 6 months after the date of purchase. Monthly payments available.
12 month Follow Up Care Plan $1200
This is for existing clients only. Initial wellness consultation not included in this package.
This package includes up to 8 follow up appointments and 4 acute consultations. It also include Monday through Friday text/email support with responses between 9am and 5pm our time.
This package is suggested for those clients with more major chronic issues that will require closer monitoring or whom have more emotional/mental/spiritual involvement.
This package will expire 12 months after the date of purchase. Monthly payments available.

How long until I see results from taking the remedies?
If we are treating an acute condition, you can see results within minutes of taking the remedies. For chronic conditions it obviously makes sense that it will likely take longer to see results. Typically we assess the symptoms at the initial consultation and document severity at this time and reassess in 8 weeks to measure improvements. It is specifically done this way as you tend to forget how severe things were initially as you begin the healing process.
What can I expect during my health journey?
Healing naturally is most definitely a journey and you need to remember that it took years of covering up and suppressing symptoms to get you to the health state that you are currently in. It is very common to take 2 steps forward and 1 step back during the journey. We carefully document all of this along your journey to help remind you of just how far you've come.
We like to explain homeopathy like having a pendulum that has swung far to the left or right for a really long time. You have had X symptom for a length of time. Homeopathy will take time to bring the pendulum back to the center. At this point the remedy is likely to be stopped. However energetically it has been pulled to the one side for a long time and it's likely that it will gravitate to that side again. This time, it will take less time to come back to balance.How long will it take me to heal?
That is a difficult question to answer as it all depends on the state of health/disease you were in to begin with when starting homeopathy. During the course of healing, we need to remember to not suppress symptoms again. Instead, we will use homeopathy to work through any acute issues that arise. Often times when one layer of disease is uncovered another layer of disease may rise to the surface showing us what the body needs to focus on next. This is perfectly normal and expected.
How do I order my homeopathic remedies?
Depending on your location, we have a few different homeopathic pharmacies that we trust and are a reputable source. In Canada, we order from Thompsons Homeopathic and Boiron Canada. In the US, Boiron and Washington Homeopathics are great homeopathic pharmacies. In the UK, Helios and Ainsworth are great homeopathic pharmacies. This can also be discussed during your consultation.
I've heard of many different ways of prescribing homeopathy. How do you prescribe?
Many homeopaths are classically trained and follow the rule of one remedy at a time and the watch and wait approach. We have been trained by Clinical Homeopaths and Practical Homeopaths. We often times prescribe multiple remedies at a time and can use organ remedies, isopathy (utilizing the actual source that caused the symptoms in the first place), gemmotherapy (utilizing homeopathic gemstones), colour remedies and/or other remedies such as those made from sunlight, moonlight, etc. We also follow alot of Banerji Protocols.
